Bios Flashing how?? please help

I just bought a soltek sl-k8tpro-939 board and want to flash the bios but the file from the site only includes the bios image how do I create a dos disk to boot to??


Edit: after a little more searching you can go to bootdisk.com and download bios flash boot disks for anyone else wondering this
