Bios flash w/XP?

how would i go about flashing the bios on a Asus MB using win XP when you cant do the dos thing in XP?

just throw in a boot disk with the bios and the flashing program

boot to a dos prompt and flash the bios

That is correct. To make a MS-DOS bootdisk, right click on your floppy and choose format and check off the option.
