BIOS Flash in WinXP - Making boot disk

Okay, I want to flash the BIOS on my P4S333, I know I have to make a DOS boot disk and the Asus site says to just type format a:/s at a DOS prompt. when I try that it says that /s is not recogniaed. I noticed that under My Computer I can format the disk and it gives me the option of creating a DOS boot disk. Will this work for making a boot disk to flash from? I know you have to make sure it boots up a certain way and I just want to be sure. Thanks.

Dude... Just go to MY COMPUTER, RIGHT CLICK on 3 1/2 FLOPPY and go to FORMAT. Then a window opens up with a check box for MAKE DOS BOOT DISK.

Easy as pie.

It's the same kind of disk you would have if you were in 98 or ME and you did a FORMAT A: /S
