BIOS checksum error - can't find system disk, what to do?

I tried overclocking a 1.7g Intel P4 on an Abit TH7II RAID motherboard (with Softemenu III). I put the FSB at 124mhz with x17 multiplier and 1.95 volts (putting it at 2108mhz).

It started booting up, then gave me a checksum error. I rebooted and the system made it to the DOS screen right before the Windows XP splash image (got excited there), then it stopped. I rebooted again and got the checksum error. Now every time I reboot it gives me a BIOS checksum error, some beeping, and wants me to insert a system disk.

Problem is, I can't find my system disk. Does this error mean I broke part of the system, or is it just locking me out of the BIOS setup? I need to fix this computer.

Also, the motherboards POST codes I am being given aren't even listed in the manual. Off the top of my head, C3, C1, 0b (or 06),

Reset the Cmos and start over... ;) (via the jumper on the board...) (also power unplugged...)

Got lucky and it restarted to let me enter setup. CMOS resest didn't work for some reason, I probably did the wrong thing though because it should have.

I'm DeadHeads brother and posted on his account because I'm lazy. Thanks for the help.
