I have this problem.

Bios always need me to press "F1" to boot computer

go into your BIOS and then click save and restart. That should help unless there is something that needs to be setup properly in the BIOS.

Yep, most common reason, is need a new CMOS battery, especially if you have had the system for a number of years.

If it is saying that on a new build, it could mean that you need to clear CMOS, flash BIOS, and/or have hardware issues with proper RAM/CPU detection, check your pins if it's an Intel platform board.
