wow...some of those challenge rooms are hard as hell - near impossible! Even some of the regular levels can be a bit tough.

I'm loving the campaign so far. Taking my time to try to find all of the secrets, upgrades, and yashichis.

hmm...i can't beat lvls 6 or 5 i think. i can't figure out how to beat the boss in the sewer level and i just keep dying on the other one. lvl 3 i can't even do anything because there is a wall in the way that you can't destroy yet.

any reviews before I buy?

A refreshing change of pace from typical MMORPG/FPS/Whatever gaming these days. Best $15 I spent on a game, period. Of course I've been dreaming of the day there were be a sequel or remake of Bionic Commando. Now hopefully we'll see a lot of others following suit and updating classics with faithful remakes (Rygar would be another great platformer for example!).

This makes me feel like the old Duke Nukem / Commander Keen days. 🙂

Does the co-op mode in this work across platforms? Or is it Xbox-Xbox, PS3-PS3, PC-PC only?

I don't think co-op or MP work across multiple systems at all. All MP is done from a single system using multiple controllers, etc.

In order to access Area 3, you have to complete Area 6 and get the power claw.

did u all buy from d2d?

Bought mine from the Capcom store (they give you free extension on the downloads, plus they want to do "more" according to Svennson). D2D also only lets you install it on one PC at any given time from what I understand.

how does the capcom store download work? is it an exe or like D2d and steam?
I was about to buy but was unsure about this point. D2D=no for me.

wow, what an amazing game.
having so much fun. this is how a game should be. You can tell they've really thought out many little details. And I am guessing they are the team working on the new game (watch the trailer within this one, its amazing) then I will get it too. the feel is just perfect. Yes Its hard, but not that hard .

I shouldnt have wasted time with bullshit like farcry 2. blah.

Wow, sorry I missed this one. The capcom store is just an EXE & Reg code.
