Do any of you tech geeks use biometric gadgets? Like a fingerprint scanner to protect your files or what not?

I'm thinking of buying one.. let me know which device you guys thinks works best.
 
well the thought of logging onto your pc with just a finger print scan is kinda neat u know🙂 i just wonder how quick it scans.
