BIN files can be anything. It's not necessarily a burnable file. See what winimage or winiso say about the file if you try to open it with either of those programs.
I was told that I need a .cue file in order to read a .bin file...is this true and if so is it possible to make a .bin file out of the program that makes the .bin file?
