Bill Me Later, is this a scam?

I'm going to purchase a laptop through HP and I saw this option for bill me later. Normally I wouldn't even look at this but they are offering 25 dollars cashback. I was wondering if anyone tried using this? Of course I will pay down the balance first thing after I get the cashback but is there a way they can scam me through this if I pay asap?

i have noticed that on "bill me later" most of the time the terms suck. such as %30 interest and other silly fees.

BillMeLater is legit. Opening an account with them though allow them to pull your credit report just like you are applying a new credit card, as you really are technically opening a new line of credit with them. So be aware of that.

I only opened an account with them because they offered me up to $100 cashback for my first purchase. I received the cashback (automatically applied to my balance) in less than two weeks after the purchase.
