If one of these guys were to see $100 bill laying in the street they would make more money if they walk on by then to waste their time walking over and picking it up.

Wrong they wouldnt be making money so picking up 100$ means they just got 100$ in their off time. If they were working and they saw it then it would be correct.

It's not virtually, he pretty much does. Most of the Mexican telecommunications infrastructure is owned by this guy, which doesn't help matters.

i sincerely doubt he's shipping drugs or funding it...its obviously possible but to just assume so because he's from Mexico is a bit rediculous. The US Government would have been on to him by now unless of course he's bribing them too!! 😛
 
This guy is actually Lebanese. I should add that Carlos Slim is a pretty cool name, never heard "Slim" as a last name before.
