My mom used to work for the cable network Starz and for their 15th anniversary dinner, they had him perform after the dinner and I was there so.. yea, I got to see Bill Cosby perform live once in my life and for free. We didn't have the best of seats to see the stage, but there were huge screens on either side that I could have watched but I opted instead to crane my neck around to look directly at the man. My reasoning was that I've seen him on TV all my life, but this was probably going to be my one and only chance to see him live in the flesh. Photons bouncing directly off his skin and into my retinas.

Now if only I'd gotten to see Richard Pryor 🙁
