The housing bubble started early in the W presidency and popped well into it. Interest rates kept being lowered to help prop the housing bubble during the W presidency.

The FIRST dot com to IPO, creating the dot com bubble was in 98, late in the Clinton presidency. Interest rates were raised six times during the dot com bubble to try and restrain it.

Exactly, if you're blaming anyone for the dotcom boom/bust, blame Greenspan.

Or blame stupid investors who knew literally NOTHING about what they were investing in, yet did it anyway.

Ya. They almost didn't however because of the original cost. (BECAUSE INSURANCE COMPANIES CARED MORE ABOUT THEIR PROFITS THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND DID NOT WANT TO COVER SAID COST BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN THE VALUE THEY PLACED ON AN INDIVIDUAL'S LIFE.)
