Bike people

I'm thinking about getting a new frame, and thought I'd ask you guys opinion.

I'm looking for a new road frame to replace my aging quintanaroo.

I'm kind of hard pressed, i want to stay with 650 wheels.
I have everything but the frame so no full bike ideas, please.

I know where you can get a Felt with 650 wheels.It is full easton tubing with either a Look or Kestrel carbon fork.YOu would have to have it shipped from Florida though.I almost bought one myself but did not want the 650 wheels.

Why would you use the same wheels for TT and Criteriums?
TT wheels are really not built for Criteriums, and vice versa.
