is it worth 150...

says there is shimano stuff on it... I only know mountain bikes...

That appears to be a late-80s Cannondale sport tourer. It will probably have indexed six-speed shifting. It should be a decent introduction to the world of road riding, but be aware that those old Cannondales have a jarring ride, and it probably can't clear tires wide enough to provide a reasonable level of cushion. I personally would rather have a Japanese cro-moly bike from the same era (say, a Miyata, Panasonic, Bridgestone/Kabuki, or similar), which should be readily available for $150 or less.
