Let's see... I saw John Lithgow and his dogs walking around UCLA (his wife is a professor) one morning 2-3 years ago. I passed by Kerri Strug (sp?) on my way to class.

Tom Brokaw @ the Berlin Wall on November 10, 1989
Evander Holyfield (many times as his kids went to my high school)
Tom Green (while filming "Road Trip" @ GA Tech)
Molly Ringwald (sat next to me at an Internet cafe in Naxos, Greece)

Stood within a few feet of a few famous DJs while at clubs: Sasha, Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk

All in the same week -

Outside a movie theater on the upper west side of manhattan - Dave Chapelle

Filming something near my job in midtown manhattan (46th street off 6th avenue) Mary Kate and/or Ashley Olsen

RIGHT outside my job on 6th avenue in between 46th and 47th street walking into the HSBC next door - P. Diddy (sean "puffy" combs). HUUGE bodyguard right behind him.

'twas a good week - I love NYC!

Bruce Campbell, at a book signing.

btw, Bruce was AWESOME during his book signing tour. I just wanted to hear him do a Q&A. Sharp, funny guy. He told me to see Bubba Ho-Tep. I did.

Also, I had a conversation with Robert Person (baseball player) on line in St. Louis at an airport the day before he got traded from the Mets. He thought he was just going in for a routine physical. Ha!

If you want to meet the coolest "celebrity" ever, go to an Andrew WK concert and talk with him and his band after. He's awesome.

I'm pretty sure I saw Todd Bertuzzi walking down the street here one night... I just nodded to him and he at me and we kept on our way. 🙂

Steven Tyler! It was last Saturday when the Aerosmith was arriving to play a Monday night show. It was totally by chance, and I didn't recognize him at first. Wow!

I think I ran into Tom Hamilton (the bass player) later that same night. I'm not as sure about that, but I'm damn sure about Steven Tyler.

Shook hands w/ Ross Perot in Tulsa in '93 while he was campaigning.
Got Patrick F. McManus's signature at a book-signing in Spokane, WA yearrrrrrrrs ago.
Met Chris Taylor & the crew of Gas Powered Games- got to play Dungeon Siege 6 months before it was released.
One of the secretaries to the King of Thailand drove me around Bangkok (my friend was a relative of hers, so she was giving us a lift)

/Edit:
Forgot that years ago, I went for a walk in Spokane's Riverfront Park. Couldn't figure out why there were cars and trucks parked on the pedestrian-only bridges... got into the main area and walked right to where Johnny Depp was filming Benny & Joon. They were filming the scene where he kicks the hat around. Watched it for a moment and then kept walking.

carlos Baerga at a McDonalds in Niles OH... if you are/used to be an Cleveland Indians fan ~1992-95 you know who I'm talking about

Let me see here. I have met a ton of professional hockey players.

Mike Knuble when the Stanley Cup came to Grand Rapids. Knuble is a Grand Rapids native.
Marty Turco - At UofM before he became an NHL star
Mike Comrie - At UofM before he became an NHL star
John Gruden - He came to visit Ferris State and I got to meet him there. Also got to meet him at a Grand Rapids Griffins game.
Mike York - At MSU before he became an NHL star

There are others, but those are the headliners. 😉

Julianna Margulies
Denzel Washington
Bruce Springsteen
Dennis Franz
Rob Blake (Colorado Avalanche)
Cathy Lee Crosby
Many L.A. Kings which may not be classified as celebrities to most.
Tracey Austin (Tennis has-been)
Played darts with Roy Scheider in some British-style pub in L.A.
Many more, just can't remember. Have seen many, talked to few

"Nature Boy" Rick Flair on a flight from Charlotte to New Orleans. It was back in the days of the Four Horsemen so I thought it was pretty cool.

(edited 4 spelling)

Saw Bruce Willis at a pre-screening for Unbreakable. He was wearing a Gilligan-style hat and was standing in the hall outside the theater when everyone came out. He's taller than he seems on camera - maybe 6'3-4".

Muhamed Ali. Met him in a magic shop in LA. Was on vacation and went into a magic shop next door while my girlfriend was checkin out of the V.S. next door and he was in there. He showed me a magic trick, then we shadow boxed for a second and I got his autograph.

Oh and I met all the members of Metallica backstage one time. I have to say that they were all really cool accept for the drummer. I can't remember his name off the top of my head but he was a prick. I said hi to everyone and got all their autographes but after that only James was nice enough to even talk to me.

Andre the Giant.
Hey, my parents walked by him in Montreal on their honeymoon in 1978! I think they talked to him for a minute but I'm not sure. Dad saw him wrestle at the local arena in those years too.
