Big ups to Cingular

Ordered a new SE W600i cell phone from Cingular (for $150). The first time they shipped, the FedEx guy claimed to have left it at my door when I was not at home. When I get home a few hours later, phone is gone. Either FedEx guy took it, someone in my apt took it, or it was delivered to wrong address.

Anyways, Cingular promptly sent me out another new phone at no extra charge for me. I thought that was pretty nice.
