I was just installing Adobe Photoshop CS2 and I could pick from North American English or British English.

I don't think the differences for a graphics editing program between the two are enough to warrant ANY additional work from a localization team....

Boggles my mind what that guys job is, trying to translate between two different, very close, versions of English.

Maybe I should send them my resume, I can make an Engrish localization, maybe a Spanglish one, I can even North American English into separate packs for Southern North American English, West Coast North American English, and Bostonian English.
 
i doubt they spent more than a few days localizing it. probably cost them under $10k. A small price to pay to make UK customers happy if you ask me.
