The reason it wasn't initially included is the additional cost associated with licensing the wireless technology. They wanted the cost of the Xbox bundle to be the same as the PS3 bundle. Not sure what that means for the future bundles, though.

Honestly, I think the wireless guitar wasn't included in the initial 360 bundle because of demand and short supply. I don't think cost was a big issue. It cant cost more for Harmonix to have to develop and manufacture a wireless dongle for the PS3 than it does to license the wireless technology from Microsoft.

I downloaded the title update for the 360 today, and this is one hell of an update. First of all, they've made it so that those of us who have purchased quite a few songs now do not have to wait 10-20 seconds to get into the main menu while it's loading additional content. After you install the update and reboot the game, it prompts you for the storage location for which to put the info it needs to boot up quicker. Now it takes all of 1 second to get past that loading additional content section.

Second, the new music store is awesome! The previews are fucking awesome, the ability to purchase from within the game is awesome, the layout is awesome, the notation of songs already purchased is awesome, I love it all. I did a quick test and found that once you download a preview, it stays on the system so you'll have it for the future. Even though it took a maximum of 2 seconds for me to download a preview, I still like that now I can scroll down through the list and the preview automatically starts playing. I took the 2 minutes to download every preview for every song that's available, even the ones I've already purchased, and plan on downloading the previews to every new song also, so when I want to purchase a new song, I can quickly scroll through everything very easily.

It's mainly an interface and integration update.

I really really want BWT online and I would be pretty much satisfied with the entire game. I have to keep buying beer for my brother so he will come over and play.

New update is awesome with the loading times. It did mess with my calibration settings for some reason though. Also the Boston pack comes out this week which will be fun. I need to buy more points now If anyone wants to play around on drum tug of wars or duels add me GT is shockwave827 I have about 13 dlc right now.
