Ok, so recently, I had some problems while I was in Windows. Every few seconds the entire screen would freeze and I wouldn't be able to do anything. I would briefly get back control, and then it would stop. Thinking it was my video card, I tried changing the overclock settings through ATITool and all of a sudden, the system restarted.
Now, whenever I start my computer, I get random green lines on my BIOS and windows startup screen. Before the welcome screen appears, though, there is a blue screen of death and the system restarts. I was forced to use safe mode and removed my drivers. I could now boot into windows xp normally, but without any normal drivers.
I reinstalled the drivers, and the second it loaded them, the system BSed and restarted. WTF
Could the video card's BIOS be corrupt or something? Or did I actually fry a part of the chip?
I don't see any screen corruption when XP is on and there are no drivers installed, so I'm hoping its not a hardware problem...
