I'm tempted to buy some more, because this is an awesome price.

How long until the AA & AAA's expire?

Can I just leave them in the package for 5 or so years and then use them?

The new Big lots that opened in Sterling, VA this month doesnt sell any rechargable batteries 🙁

holden j caufield,

I bought 3 packs in the Norwalk store, they still had 2 packs left as of this Saturday morning.
If they sold out, try the Buena Park or Bellflower store, don't know if they have it though.

any other bay area stores carry these? would love to have some spare AA's for my Canon A40 (just got the maha c204f + maha powerex 1700mah AA's as my main batteries)

Some Big Lots B&M's still have Panasonic 4 AA 1600 mAH for $4.99, I bought two of these 4 packs excellent deal!

And I also bought this charger + 6 batteries deal for $12.99, we're swimming in NiMH's at my house.

didn't know there was 2 big lots where I love ... went to one today and saw they have those for 12.99 (seemed like everyday price)
there is still a lot.

I bought one and the batteries got hot when I first charged them . Enough for me with the charger. I'll save it for backup use my old trickle charger . and look for a good deal on a delta peak model like a super duper MAHA C888 ( although I haven't seen them cheap anywhere ) .

smooth, which Big Lots did you visit recently? I always go to the one in SW Portland off HWY 26.
That's the one I went to, the one on Park Way. They didn't have any as far as I could tell.

I have 12 of these Panasonic AA's. I use them in my A40 as well. They actually last longer than brand new Alkalines.
