No...the Live functionality has to be included in released games. Most sequels to the better first-year Xbox titles (like PGR2 and Halo2) will include Live code. Some games, even if they don't offer multiplayer options, will still offer downloadable content via Live. Splinter Cell is one example of this.

Live is awesome, especially MechAssault. I was a little disappointed in the issues I was having around 11:30 PM EST Friday night. The XBox server wouldn't respond to any of my requests to join a game.

Tonight I added every Tag currently on the list to my "Friends" on my Xbox.
Incidentally, this is done through the Xbox Live section of the Xbox dashboard.

I had your AT nicks and XBL Tags transposed on the list
Fixed now tho.

So if you tried to add either of them and couldn't, it should work now.

REMEMBER: First name on list is XBL Tag!

BTW: So I don't mix-up your nick and Tag, would be good to go ahead and follow the list format when you post your Tag.
Just post something like: XBL Tag = AT nick

BTW2: That also means that all I have to do is copy and paste...heh

Couple of my buddies from work will be joining in, but I'll have 5 slots free (hope lag doesn't kick our collective asses tho)

I'll be sending out invites to the reservees for a game around 8 or 9 p.m. CST.
Depending on how many folks we have, we may try some Team based modes.

You mean your XBL tag? From everything I've seen....nope. Once you register the Tag, it's yours.

You could buy another Starter Kit and register a different Tag. Another $50 tho...

Damn it. So frustrating, I picked the kit up at lunch one day and had to get back to work so I was going very fast with my account registration. Well I guess you can change my XBL tag to MallFoley instead of MattFoley. Games I have are Fever 2k3 and Mech Assault.
