I know I've seen em at stores for 99.99 refurbished, but dunno the official price nowadays if they dropped.
It's not really clear, but that appears to be the case (free game promo will end before the GBP promo begins).Originally posted by: LivinLaVivaPollo
So after the free game promo ends, the GB Player promo will begin? No way to double dip? I would love to get them both... alas pipe dreaming is what I do best.

Not sure if this is mentioned. I haven't checked all recent posts yet, but some future 3rd party GC games will have a $39.99 price tag instead of the $49.99.

Cool. I didn't know we were getting Auto Modellista.![]()
Heh, but some of the best games were on Super Nintendo. Zelda3, Mario Kart, Mario World, and Yoshi's Island were all great games in their own right. And now they plan on bringing the ultimate NES classic to GBA - Super Mario Bros 3. I'd say that it'd be quite worth the value of the GBA add-on as a purchase or bundle, since the above mentioned games can be played by those who remember "the good ol' days."Originally posted by: Fritzo
According to Nintendo's website, the free game promotion was supposed to end mid-May. They're probably going to have a period where it's $149 with no free game. EB Games is still participating in the free game offer, but it won't last much longer. I personally have no interest in playing GBA games on my GC. I want 3D graphics darn it...not Super Nintendo games![]()

Why?
I didn't stay that, tOmmybOy did.
I think it's obvious that I've had some bad experiences when I went to Best Buy that was nearest to home. I don't mind that they have good prices on some items on some days. But until there is an absolute reason, I prefer not to go to BB.Originally posted by: t0mmyb0y

The clerk at the BB near me has claimed they canceled the deal a month ago. :disgust: I didn't see any signs, and I don't see why they could cancel the deal and bring it back.
However, with a little calling around I was able to pick up one of the Zelda bundles for $149 from Walmarts. They still got a couple if you are near the Walmarts in Commerce, MI.![]()

I don't think the deal was ever cancelled at all. But then again, you can probably see now why I wanted to avoid Best Buy in the meantime. But at least you still got a 'cube. Congrats.![]()
