The $5 coupon for Best Buy is in a folded pamphlet (like the size of credit card apps you see in stores). It says on the front that coupons are inside. At my store it was on a table when I first entered the store.
argh! why is mario sunshine released on the web today and not in BM till wednesday! if i had known that i woulda ordered it online and braved the shipping!
I went to the local EB Games yesterday expecting to find Mario there only to be told it will be a couple of days before they probably get it. I always thought a release date meant that it would be in stores on the date.
Sadly no, they've all changed from announcing release dates, to ship dates. Mario shipped from nintendo out to retailers today. Sucks.....

The bundle came with a Gamecube console, one controller, one memory card, Mario Sunshine, All Star Baseball 2002, and a Gamecube carrying case. The memory card included is the 59 block one. The case is the offical Nintendo carrying case for the Gamecube.. really nice and compact. It can carry the console, 2 controllers and several games.
This is B&M only and can only be purchased with an in-store coupon. No mail in rebates or waiting for gift certificates to arrive. The coupons are not in their ads but are stacked near the video games section. Coupon expires around 9/18.

Hey chiggaman, thanks for the post about the TRU deal. I almost didn't get it because I didn't think I would like Mario Sunshine that much, but it's a phenomenal game. Picked up Turok Evolution as well, it's pretty good so far...but Mario gets more playing time right now.
The only thing that sucked was I bought the combo, took it home, and the GC didn't work (didn't spin up at all)! I brought it back & exchanged for another one, and that one had the same problem!!! I brought that one back and they went in the back and opened a new pallet of GC's and tested one in the store for me. It worked fine. The two that didn't work had serial numbers within 20 or so of each other, so I'm betting there's a bad batch of GC's out there. Nintendo is definitely getting a letter from me about their quality control...I blew about a half a tank of gas driving back & forth from TRU as well! :|

Play it for a while and you'll get very mad at the camera. Especially in the amusment park where you have to climb up to the sleeping turtle.
You're right, I wasn't having a problem with the camera up until that climb, I actually really liked it, you can put it pretty much anywhere you want with the C-Stick.....or so I thought until that damn climb. Luckily after a few very unsuccesful attempts, I managed to find a way to skip the whole thing.
