Big "L" shaped desk & Hutch from Officemax B&M for cheap

Office max has a Bush "L" desk listed on sale at $149 AND has another $50 IR off right at the register. This desk was perfect for my needs and only took about an hour to set up last night. For only $99+tax I couldn't find a better desk for cheaper anywhere and I checked, OD, Bestbuy, Kmart, Walmart, Circuit City, and Target.

This desk is holding my 21" monitor no problem although I had to put my fullsize tower on the floor because it's a little to tall for that corner spot they show having the computer in.

Great find! Thanks for the heads up!! I have on question thought which may be a dumb one but I need to know nonetheless. You said that this desk can hold your 21" monitor fine, but are you using it without the monitor stand (that plastic swival base that comes with the monitor)? I only ask this because when I bout my Viewsonic E790B I found that it could not properly fit in my desk unless I took off the swivel base which sucks. Also this monitor has one helluva footprint on it, is your monitor pushed close to the edge because of it's footprint? Sorry for all of the questions.

I got really tiny stand and foot print on my 21" but it fit in there barely. Others may have you to remove that little plastic stand. The only thing that bothered me was the back of my monitor is so big I have to have the desk pulled away from the wall by a good 6 inches. Other then that it's perfect for me.

How deep is the desk? The web site says 55" but that is for the total width of the "L".

This is a sorry reply but I was at the B&M yesterday and saw a nice desk for $99.99 (after instant rebate). It had a hutch, two drawer file cabinet and a few other perks as well. I'll try to swing by to get the sku.

the item/sku number is 01218104 and as for the depth the 55" I is the "L" part of the desk. If your asking about the hutch depth I'd say around 8 inches or so.

hey all

i was about to get this desk on day when i was shopping for a desk around school time, but i found out that the keyboard tray isn't movable, and works really good with only a task chair.. so the leather chair might make you lean ur back from time to time.. it's an okay desk.. so you should check it out at B&M before buying it online..
