How do I write a .iso file if it's 733 MB? It's too big to fit onto a 700 MB cd so I have no idea how to burn it. Any suggestions? Is there special software to allow me to do this?

by write, i'm assuming you mean burn. even though the iso is bigger than the disc, many times, it is the time length of the data that matters. try using cdrwin to burn it with (if the iso is in bin/cue format)

i've burned isos as big as 760 MB onto a normal 650 MB disc.

i believe .iso's can be burned with easy cd creator.
.bin/.cue's are burned with cdrwin. the cue file tells the program how the raw data in the bin is laid out and how to burn it properly.
