So do these people have like a live collection of children that they keep in the basement or something?

Thats what I dont get when they say "rescued" 31 children... exactly where were those children?

As for those making light of the situation with comments on ATOTers being missing etc, I don't think its overly funny.

My guess is that some of those caught were parents...engaging in illegal activities with their own children over webcam or other media. So, I would venture to guess that most if not all were rescued from their own parents or grandparents or uncles, etc.
That would make sense now that you mention it.

It is a sad reality I am afraid...

They don't mention that they're all actually "victims". I'd venture a guess that some are just the children of some offenders, who had to be removed or "rescued" from unsuitable households.

freaking unfathomable. I just can't believe things like this happen. My brain rejects it or something. I know people suck in general, but to be THIS horrible... I have no comprehension.

Perhaps some, but I read a rather lengthy article about the Toronto Police department's sex crimes unit and apparently some people become parents just to put their kids into this stuff as early as possible.

Actually, I read somewhere that while some of the kids were only a few months old, the majority were 16 and 17 year olds teenagers. Actually, a few of them took pictures of themselves where they were sunbathing topless in france.

Also, most of he pictures of the babies were of them taking a bath... In any case, not sure what website this was on..

Sick I tell you.. Sick!!!!!
