Big bug in my house

I got this huge bug flying around the house! It's huge. I mean huge as in about the size of a full grown toe! It's black and looks mean! What is it and what should I do with it?

I kow, it's funny, but there have been lots in my house lately. We let one out yesterday, but we found one dead in the basement and one is flying arounf the house.

Last time I tried catching a bug, i got stung for 2 bees in teh same exact spot. It hurt🙁 Call me a sissy or whatever you want, but I just don't want to be stung again. Especailly if it's a hornet.
