Biden: "You are FULL OF SHIT!"

Some time ago Biden said he'd get a new Assault Weapons Ban by 2024. Will be interested to see if he can make that happen.

"Shall not be infringed" isn't synonymous with "cannot be regulated". Even if Biden's simile is wrong (you can in fact shout fire in a theater. You can't incite imminent criminal action), he is correct in that rights aren't unlimited. No right is unlimited, perhaps save that of personal autonomy (though repubs are taking a good crack at that).

The fact that children can be gunned down in our schools and streets is testament to our collective (country-wide) lack of political will and the blood we're willing to sacrifice at the altar of the 2A. And yes I know conservatives tank any initiative involving additional regulation
 
There's an old clip where he was talking about beau's memory at a luncheon and some drunk politician began yapping and he told the guy to shut the hell up or shut the fuck up.
