I reject this premise that the media is liberal. There was a really, really good piece written recently about one of the major newspapers editorial pages contradicting itself numerous times over the last few months. Because as the sequestrian fight continues, they are determined to maintain a "middle ground" position even as the ground shifts beneath them. The author basically pointed out numerous times where they said 'Obama should do this' and then later said 'Obama shouldn't do this, it's extreme, etc.'

Basically the media's reaction to confrontation is to try to be in the middle and say both parties are equally responsible.

The problem is you can easily shift ground over time if you become more extreme.

This country has gone far rightward the past 40 years because of this. Obama is, in terms of policy, in many ways basically Richard Nixon. But because the media must always play middleman referee they've been moved far to the right as well, or at least not willing to call out extremism

Ummm, i've stated numerous times that Fox, Breitbart and other media outlets are biased to the right and usually, but not always, link to mainstream sources. At least I have the balls to call my own biases while you and your fluffer Neuman continually deny yours.

Yep, I'd love to discuss the articles in my OP, but most of the leftists would rather make personal attacks rather then discuss the declining credibility of the press, the Democrat bias in the news media and the media's willingness to be manipulated by the Obama administration. The problem is that we have these supposed news networks but they are not. For the most part they are entertainment and opinion and only in it for the ratings. Not only that but they flat out lie about the news they are covering so that they can gain more ratings by pushing the narrative.

Then you have large portions of the public getting their "news" from these sources and with no knowledge of it they spread these lies like wildfire.

Yes we are the ones being dishonest and hypocritical.../S Sites can have an overall slight bias to them but that doesn't mean they don't have contributors that are biased. You seem to think that because you link to sites that are neutral that some how means you don't post biased information but what you don't seem to understand is that the article was written by someone who has a strong bias and when called out on it you complain that people are attacking you.

Had you had better critical thinking skills and a real desire for the truth you wouldn't be posting half the crisp you do.
