BH6 and Memory question

The board only supports 128 meg. sdrams. 3 total for 384 meg total. If you get a 256 meg chip to work, great but don't count on it.

I had the same question as Ren111, and found this from a search. Has anyone tried the Kingston 256MB with a BH6 mobo (I have 1.00 rev)? Results?

I know they're supposed to only support 128MB sticks. I've already got the memory and would rather know for sure before I open it.

The original spec for the BH6 was created when 256MB SDRAM modules were very scarce. If you check the manual for both the earlier and later versions of the board you'll find that 256MB SDRAM modules are shown as being supported. Max Memory is 768MB.
