BH5 or CH5 Ram for OC, which is better?

I have some TwinMos 512MB CH-5 and wondering if I would be better off with BH-5?

BH-5 is better, but CH5 is pretty good as is. CH5's can easily run over 220 mhz at low latency, which is more than adequate for your setup.
