BH-5?

definately winbond... that about all they used see if you can buy some old sticks off someone in FS/FT I have a Gig of this stuff it rocks 2226 1t 22251t If I wanted but I don't see the differance.
 
I don't believe it's bh-5 at that price. It is next to impossible to get any bh-5 anymore. And when you can, it is triple that price
 
Not entirely true.

I bought some KHX2700/512, ant it was BH-5 (remarked DW-50). Last week, I bought a gig of KHX/3000, and it was also remarked DW-50 (BH-5). Kingston KHX3000/512 and KHX2700/512 are almost always BH-5. Get them while it's hot!

The numbers of members on XtremeSystem Forums getting BH-5 from the KHX3000/512 (under 210 dollars for a gig) is almost 100 percent.
 
Don't be too sure about that. Not all 3000 are BH-5, not recently. I think it is impossible to find BH-5 any more anywhere.

I said definately Winbond not definately BH-5 🙂

You'd kill me if I told you how cheap my gig of this was 😛
 
That same site has no name 512 winbond BH-6 for $120.Text
One point I don't understand is it says only cas 2.5 for PC2700?? Sounds really low both cas latency and FSB rating.

Also they have khx2700 a dual pack for $120 Text


Which one should I risk out of the three?
 
If you believe that all 3000 are BH-5 or at least Winbond, then go to Best Buy, they have them cheaper, for $59 a piece of 256 MB.

Someone suggested if you find these smaller e-tailers it is very possible to still get BH-5 since they carry stock a lot longer than the egg and the like. Hope so.

Just ordered a couple sticks from BB...I'll keep you guys updated as to whether it's bh-5 or not.
