BH-5 at 3.2+ votages, need additional cooling?

Im upgrading to a 939 setup and getting a DDR Booster to complament my BH-5. I plan on giving it alteast 3.2v, probably 3.4. Will just the heatspreaders keep the ram from overheating. I know alot of peopel run BH5 at high voltages, do you need additional cooling on them. I ask because if I do, what shoudl Ibe using? If it helps, I have an 80mm side fan which will be blowing over them, will that be enough?

It should be enough, i've seen KHX PC3000 (BH-5) @275MHz at 3.8 V ! without add. cooling, but just for a few tests...😉

For 24/7 operation, anything over 2.9vdimm, you should use a fan over the ram + booster to cool them.

will the fan I have on my size panel should be sufficant. Wth the way the Neo2 is set up, it should be slightly over the ram.

The fan should at least blow air over the ram/area. I've seen people use ThermalRight XP-90 heatsink with either a 92mm or 120mm fan so it blows over the ram/area from the cpu heatsink, which is clever.
