BFG tech rma...?

Alright i have searched the bfg tech site for awhile and i was wondering if anybody has done an RMA with them before, because it says a hundred things about how they have the best warranty and crap like that, but i couldn't find what i had to do to initiate the RMA...

Anyway i have a 6800 GT that is kind of having trouble, so i was going to try to RMA the sucker, anybody have any tips or anything to get me started? Thanks
