BFG NVidia 6800 Ultra OC lockups / studders

I realize this is a repost, but things like Half-Life 2 have been locking up for short ammounts of time (2 seconds, or so). I've disabled the fast write in my bios, which helped earlier in 3dmark 2005, but now Counter-Strike and Half-Life 2 do a little stutter every now and then.

Specs:

MSI K8N Neo 2 Platinum
AMD 64 FX-55
BFG NVidia 6800 Ultra OC
480W Antec Neopower


The GPU Core is running at 43 degrees celcius which doesn't seem too hot to me.

BIOS Version: 5.40.02.15.11
 
What was the answer to your lock up problem?? I'm having this lock up issue, All drivers are up to date from nvidia. Don't really know what else to do...
