BFG 6800Gt fan is making noise

One of the fans on my BFG 6800GT OC (the one with the 2 blue led fans) is making this really annoying crackeling noise that sounds like there is a piece of paper stuck in there and the fan is hitting it. Iv had the card for over a year and it started doing this a couple weeks ago. Iv thought about getting another cooler but I dont want to void the warrenty before the card fries. Also I dont want to take apart the card to clean it because I dont want to void the warranty. Do you think the fan is about to die or do you think it could be dust/dirt/crud? What should I do??

Take compressed air and blow it out. If that doesnt work RMA it. Not much you can do.
