Sup all, I can't find any good info on what a healthy threshold of my GPU should be under load, running video crunch test it maxes at 61C avg like 55-60C.

Also, as for the speeds of the stuff, as long is it is staying cool that is my only concern right? Not melting the stuff :p ??

BTW, this is from 325/600 to 450/770 <-- sound safe? everything runs smooth max 65c any good recomendations for GPU stress programs? I have PCmark05 atm

First I think your in the wrong category, I think this belongs in video. Second I've never seen a 6800 "gto" so is it a gt or just regular 6800 (vanilla)? I'm assuming it's a vanilla from the clocks you posted.

To answer your Q, those temps are good, especially for an oc'd 6800 card.

yeah I've never heard of it either, apairently it was between a vanilla and gt special for Dells, I bought it off of a guy who upgraded. thanks for the answer, and the CAPS :p those were accadental anyway.
