I've got an account for BF4 that is a premium account that has all expansion packs. The game was working fine until I did an OS reinstall. After reinstalling Origin and BF4 I no longer have access to any of the expansion packs. I've tried the most common fix where you do a regidit to add the Xpack lines and I've also cleared the browser cache which was a secondary recommendation. Any other thoughts?

i know you've said you tried the regedit, but verify you put the entries in the right spot. they go in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Battlefield 4. also if you copied and pasted the lines into a .reg file from the interwebz, make sure you add a couple lines for xpack3 and xpack4. the site i usually get in my search results everytime ive done this in the past is old and was written before the last 2 expansions.

and dont forget to restart origin after the regedits

I think it was something more simple. It had been a long time since I did a fresh install of BF4. I thought installing the game with the Premium account would would also install the expansion packs. Each time one is released in the past it would update automatically. It appears this is not the case. I had to go into the Game's Info center and choose each expansion pack and download it. So it appears it wasn't a regedit thing after all. Unfortunately EA appears to be down now so I can't test it...but I'm pretty sure all is well.

**UPDATE**
Now that the EA servers are up and running it appears the expansion pack issue is resolved. Apparently when you reinstall the game the expansion packs don't load with it. I thought that since they loaded automatically without having to be loaded initially that they would do the same on the reinstall...but that's not the case. You have to specifically load each one. Lesson learned.
