Why is it that it's so darn hard to get a decent view of these maps? The mini map and full screen maps suck. Why force a change of north direction between the mid and farthest zoom...but I digress...main question is below.
What am I doing wrong since I can't figure out where the heck the spawn points are when I jump into a map. I do see the list of selectable spawn points that are available when I'm getting ready to come into the game...but for the life of me when I click on them I don't see where these points are in the map. I know games change and evolve...but what was wrong with the 1942 / BF2 large spawn map that let you see where things were and what was available to pick. Being able to simply click on the map just saves steps and makes things more clear.
It really seems they want to complicate the ability to study this game, either by playing empty maps or by having a good set of maps during the game.
I certainly don't have the time to actually play all these maps and remember where each place is by name. Sigh...I'm getting too old for this stuff. And to think I was looking forward to BF3.
