Its no worky cuase its probably getting hammered. I've d/l and installed. I can join 1.2 servers.
 
I'm getting 131 KB/Sec on the free filecloud download. Decided to get the whole patch instead of the incremental and it's 357MB. Thanks for the heads-up, guys!
 
Downloaded it at lunch at tested on my Windows XPx64 Beta box with an Nvidia 6600 GT.

Froze once, BSOD once in about 30 minutes of play.

I hope others have better luck... :|

On the plus side:
- No bunny hoppers
- No C4 tossers
- Red/Blue Enemy/Friendly tag bug seems to be fixed
- Fun to shoot down enemy UAV which is now visible
- Lots of 1.2 Servers already up

hm...i may have to reinstall it if all thats true.
 
Wow! It's a different game. It's a sniper fest. 4 shots in a row, 4 dead. The accuracy is too good now. And to top it off, claymore's don't go off in front of friendlies. Claymores everywhere!

I patched lastnight and have been playing all morning. No more C4 tossing and AA lock is almost auto kill.

Noob question.

What is the difference between the incremental patch and the full patch? What exactly doesn't the incremental patch have?
 
Anyone having troubles with crashing to desktop with this patch? I did a fresh install of game and the full version of 1.2 patch and right in the middle of loading any map it crashes to desktop every time!

Did the standard defrag, virus scan, backround tasks, etc.
