Should I get it for xbox or pc? I am not sure if anyone has played it yet but if they have is there one more recommended more then the other? I have a gtx280 available on pc so graphics shouldn't be an issue.

If you've got the PC to handle it and you know people on there to play with, I'd play on the PC.

If there are people you'd rather play with on the 360, go for that.
 
my opinion is that you should get it for PC if you want to play it on PC with friends, and to get it for Xbox 360 if you want to play it on xbox 360 with friends.
 
I had it preordered and got it today on 360.

I don't know what to compare it to... but I love it!
 
I think this would be better on the PC. I got it for PS3 and it just plays like crap. The guns are huge...they take up like 25% of the screen. I'll give it another shot but I think I'll just stick to MAG. I will say, I do like the maps, but without an Infantry Only mode getting gunned down by UAVs, Helos, and tanks gets old quick.

Get a bigger screen?
 
Maybe I need to go smaller so the guns dont look so big. I've been looking at streaming vids of the PC version and it looks the same. Its like the gun is always near your face. And its shaking all the time when you run...sort of distracting.

Also, you can't strafe while running on the PS3 version, which sucks @ss. I'm hoping the PC version gives you more control over these kinds of things. Biggest dealbreaker right now is the squad rush mode preorder embargo BS. I cant stand going up against vehicles. I had BF2 flashbacks last night when I was chasing a tank with C4....it never ends well.

Lol, you can't strafe on the PS3? Really? The squad rush thing pissed me off too.

I enjoy the vehicle element and understand that's how it goes, but I'm more of a sneaky player so unless I'm in a vehicle, it doesn't bother me.

Well learn how to tackle tanks. It's not that hard. Plus there's classes specifically meant to take down tanks as well.
 
Picked up a copy off amazon for the ps3 since they had a $20 credit but i just ended up buying the PC Version off steam. Gonna see if i can get rid of my ps3 copy that has yet to arrive.

I like putting mortar strikes on specific tanks, or running up with C4 if I can get close enough. I also have a signature move I started using in 1943. :awe:
 
This game is so amazingly good. I used to be a big Battlefield 2 player but lately only COD. It takes a few hours to get used to the different feel but once you do it is bliss. Loving the unlock system and everything. Been playing medic and it is the only class I've really unlocked a lot of things for.

Played for 2 hours last night and never lost a match. I like that they keep your team together and leading the squad is fun since you can call out the objectives. I only played Conquest. I don't even know what rush is.

Only thing I can think of that they need to do is make some more maps with helicopters. I've played online for quite awhile and have never even seen one. What up with that?

Also as an aside because it's all about the MP but so far the SP is much better than MW2.

So happy with this. I just wish my dad and my 3 brothers would get this but they don't like the different feel and won't give it a chance, except one of them that I used to play BF2 with.

When I played the beta many months ago on the PS3, I noticed that as well. I figured they would've patched that, but I guess not.

That was nearly a game breaker for me. Fortunately though, I decided to get the PC version.

Yeah yeah, can use engineer class but I want defib on medic, so I'm using that. Or sniper and use C4 but, I'm happy with the M24 and dont need anything else there.

Since there are so few players (24) and only two objectives at a time, its harder to sneak up on a tank than it was in BF2 where there were 64 players. Most times the levels feel empty, and its 1v1, whether that be another player who already has a bunch of better weapons unlocked, a tank, or a helicopter. I rather deal with a foot soldier with better weapons than a tank or heli.
