I'd have to go with Xenosaga... it's the only video game soundtrack that I've ever had the desire to buy.

I haven't bought a video game soundtrack since FF6, but I am amazed at the music in Breath of Fire 5, especially since 1-4 have been mediocre at best. In fact, I'm amazed at a LOT of things in BOF5, this game is definatly hurt by the rep of 1-4, I can see why so many people rated it one of the best RPG's on the PS2 but sales were so terrible.

I voted C:SOTN instead of "other" because there are a lot of games with better soundtracks. Mostly other squaresoft games are what I'm thinking of, but anything made after the PS2 came out I don't really know...haven't played games much since then.

In fact, he puts out songs like Aerith's theme, Eyes on Me, etc at the rate of 3-5 per hour.
