Get the last one. It has the copper cooler, and with a BIOS flash you could make it identical to the second one. If you plan on using an aftermarket cooler, just get the first one.

Differen't stock core clocks. Doesn't really matter since it's the same card, so get the lowest one and OC if need be.

you can flash it to which ever ones you want

just go for the cheapest one and go for aftermarket cooling

you can clock it even further with aftermarket cooling
