Better system? SDRAM or RDRAM?

Which would be a better system for gaming (mainly Quake3)?

Pentium3 1Ghz/133FSB with 512 PC133 SDRAM

-OR-

Pentium3 733Mhz/133FSB with 256 PC800 RDRAM

Both systems have UDMA100 and a GeForce2 GTS 32M card.

When RDRAM debuted for PIII, all of the reviews said it didn't increase performance for it, so I would go with the faster processor on SDRAM in the first configuration.

RDRAM is suck.

The first one. The Pentium III, unlike the Pentium 4, is not able to take advantage of the memory bandwidth of RDRAM.
