I just went with 2 1GB sticks of OCZ DDR 500 EB Platinum.. Only been using them for a couple of hours now so I can't really comment on the performance yet but they seem to be benchmarking very well in the Anandtech memory reviews.

THe OCZ.

Put it in with a MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum. Haven't done any overclocking with it yet... still trying to get all the apps. loaded.

Otherwise, it's all running fast as hell!
