Lately Someone in this forum suggested me to Buy 4570 instead of 4670 and use that extra money on a better graphic Card!!!!!!!!!!!!
Should I do this or buy 4670 anyway (not interested in overclocking)...............Primary use of Pc for media and mild gaming like FIFA PES !

For FIFA and PES it doesn't matter. But a better graphics card is more useful for gaming.
But if you like FIFA you may buy a next-gen console. The real next-gen FIFA only release for these machines. The PC only get the normal Xbox360/PS3 port.
The next-gen FIFA engine is very robust, but it needs unified virtual memory support. Currently there is no PC which can run the Ignite engine.

You can easily get a 7870 for that price. And if you wait for a sale, you can find a 7950 for that price. Assuming the prices are the same there as they are here. If they are higher or you have VAT, look for a 7850/7870. Not much from nVidia in that price range that has decent performance.

Buy the cheapest quad, 4430 in your case, and spend the rest on an HD 7950. The GPU matters more than a small CPU speed difference.

i agree with the post above. go with the cheapest haswell core i5 and get a HD 7950. you don't need more cpu performance than a 3 Ghz haswell core i5.
