Better HSF for me?

I'm running a Thermaltake 6CU+ copper core heatsink w/ it's included 60mm 7000rpm fan and it keeps my processor at about 110f idle and 120f under full load but the noise is ANNOYING, is there a quieter HSF combo that will perform the same or better but much quieter? Maybe one with a 80mm fan that spins slower but moves more CFM?!

i'm sick of the noise
 
if you wanna keep your hs, then get an 80mm fan, although its pretty much a pain in the ass to put the 80 to 60 funnel on...if you really want to lower noise, get a better hs (sk-6? alpha?) and a lower rpm and cfm fan
