Better Font for Notepad than "Fixedsys"

Anyone using a different font for Notepad that is easier on the eyes than Fixedsys? I was trying a few out and I didn't like any of them better. I use Notepad for viewing/editing some .HTM and other files like .INF, .LOG, .NFO, .DIZ, and others. Not looking for any fonts like script and such. Something crisp and clean.

Why Microsoft gave notepad font options is beyond me. They just fvcked the only decent program they ever made.

So what OS are you using, oh wise one?

Garamond 🙂

Ya know... I've always pronounced that stupid font "fixie-dasies" even though it's fixed systems or something like that. I'm strange 🙂

I always pronounced it "fix-a-dis," similarily to the way an Italian would pronounce "fix this" 🙂

Well, I usually don't reply to immaturity, but I run three operating systems: Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows 2000, the latter only on rare occasions.
I don't see why resorting to personal attacks was neccesary, but if that helps you sleep at night, by all means, I can take it.

I use EditPlus for all my text needs, but I use Lucida Console ANSI as my font.

Why the heck would it be bad to be able to display different fonts?

Tahoma size 8, keep everything the same as the fonts used for the icons.

It's less confusing that way 🙂

Let it all out, I don't mind your stream of nonsensical rubbish 😉
