i'm looking for 2 120mm fans to go in my lian-li pc-v1000 to provide better cooling. However, noise is a concern. What, in your opinion, is the best choice for me, currently i'm running two of these seen,

The fan that you have linked to should work fine. However, you you do not need the variable fan speed, then NewEgg has three other quiet (21 - 22 dba) 120 mm fans that are less expensive (~$10 before shipping). Two of these are made by Thermaltake and one by CoolerMaster.

Good luck!

My brother has that case and is using two of these. Panasonic also makes two models faster (and louder) and two models slower (and quiter), but this seemed to be the best overall fit for him (do a seach for the other models, a bunch of people have them, except newegg :(). They aren't all that loud to me, but you can hear them, not too much louder than the stock Lian-Li fans, but move a bunch more air.

By the way, if you decide to get them, they come untailed!!! Be sure to pick up a tail that will fit your application ie 3 pin motherboard or 4 pin molex.
