Better Capture Card: Wintek or Hauppage

I am looking at purchasing one of the two following video capture cards:

1. The Hauppage WinTV - Radio

2. TLEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP TV/FM MULTIMEDIA CARD

Here is what I would like to be able to do:
1. Record episodes of shows that I like to watch and burn them to svcd so I can watch them on my TV.
2. Listen to the FM Radio while I am working on my computer.

It seems like both of these cards have these capabilities. Is the Hauppage worth the extra money?

I use the leadtek, its a very good card, gets good fm, and good picture quality

Thanks for the advice. I was leaning towards the Leadtek after seeing that it comes with the Ulead video software. So, I just ordered one from newegg.com. I guess that 63.99 is a good price with shipping.
